- 03 In-person, up to 1.5 hours away$250 travel deposit, credits to the project on signing. Covers most of Coos and Curry counties plus Roseburg, Brookings, and the south coast.
- 04 In-person, up to 2.5 hours away$400 travel deposit, credits to the project on signing. Covers Eugene, the central Oregon coast, and parts of northern California.
- 05 Outside the drive zonesVideo consults work for anyone. I work with anyone whose business fits the stack, but the Oregon coast is the focus.
Why the deposit: Covers gas and time. The full amount credits to your project on signing. Not lost money, just front-loaded. Why in-person matters: small towns work on trust. Phone calls don't build it the same way.
Before you ask.
- How long until you can start?
- Usually next week if I have an opening, otherwise within 2-3 weeks. I cap at 3 active builds in parallel so timelines stay honest.
- Do you require a contract?
- Yes. Every build has a written SOW listing exactly what's included. Protects both of us. 50% deposit on signing, 50% on launch.
- What if I don't know what I need yet?
- That's what the consult is for. Tell me what's broken or what you're trying to do, and I'll tell you what would actually fix it. No charge.
- Are you taking new clients?
- Yes, with the 3-build parallel cap. If I'm full, you'll get a real waitlist date, not a vague "we'll get back to you."
