A short questionnaire covers your business, audience, services, and goals. Then we talk: in person if you are local, on a video call if you are not. A completed questionnaire keeps the consult sharp and is required before the first meeting.

Quote + SOW + 50%
I send a custom quote and a plain-English scope of work. Quotes hold for 14 days. A 50 percent deposit locks the scope and the schedule, and the build starts that same week. No waiting for next quarter.

Build
I write the code, send you progress, and fold in your revision rounds. Modern stack, around a 95 Lighthouse average, secure by default. You see real work fast, not a status meeting.

Launch
The site goes live, indexed and fast, with the final 50 percent due at launch. You own the code and the content outright.
- 05
Maintain
If you want it, a monthly care plan keeps the site hosted, secure, backed up, and edited. The person who built it is the person who maintains it, five years from now included.
