One number, everything below included. No per-page fees, no surprise add-ons, no monthly anything you didn't ask for. The price I quote is the price you pay. Bigger jobs cost more and I tell you that up front, but the floor is a real, finished website, not a demo you keep buying pieces of.
Your website
- A custom site made for your business, not a template with your name dropped in.
- The pages you actually need: home, about, your services or work, and contact.
- Real photos. Bill Bailey or I come out and shoot your business. No stock photos of a storefront that isn't yours.
- The words written for you. I write the headlines, your story, and your service descriptions, so you don't have to.
- Photo galleries to show your work.

- Top Google scores for speed, accessibility, and search, up in the 90s and 100s, proven on Google's own test. Most cheap sites sit near 60 on a phone. Yours won't.
- Set up in Google Search Console with your sitemap submitted, so Google finds and lists you correctly from day one.
- Readable by AI, not just Google. ChatGPT and the new AI assistants can find your business and point people to it. Scrapers and junk bots get shut out.
- Your whole presence lined up: your website, your Google listing, and your socials all saying the same thing and pointing the same way.

Q.01 How much does this cost?
One price, everything in. Most local business sites start at $1,750, with the pages, the words, real photos, branding, top Google scores, and security all included. National agencies typically start at $5,000+ and run six weeks or more. Hourly freelancers often bill $2,500+ over a month. Same modern stack, live in days, and it's yours to keep.

Q.02 Why no WordPress?
WordPress is mass-produced software with plugins stacked on top. Slow. Plugin-dependent. Breaks at 2 AM when something auto-updates. It's custom code. Loads faster. Ranks better. Stays secure. ~95 Lighthouse average across every page I ship. No plugins to babysit, no "the dashboard is broken again" calls.
Q.03 Do you maintain it after?
Yes, and it's optional. Monthly plans starting at $75/mo, up to $250 for the works. Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patches, content edits. The site stays alive, the phone number stays the same, the person who built it is the person who maintains it. You text a real person, not a ticket queue.
Q.04 What if I don't have content yet?
I do most of the lift. Usually 80/20 your way. Step one is a 2-page questionnaire. Business, audience, services, goals, content you have, content you need. One-tap download, fill it out, ship it back. Completed questionnaire is required before the first meeting. Keeps the consult sharp. No photos or copy yet? Note it on the form. I can shoot the photos and draft the copy, you edit.
Q.05 How are you this fast?
Modern stack (Astro, React, Flutter) and AI tooling I built myself. Demiurge is a memory engine that remembers every project's patterns and decisions, so I'm not relearning the same lessons on each new build. Three of my live products are AI: StainSlayer does vision AI stain analysis, live on App Store and Play Store. Baseline runs multi-model political intelligence across 4 providers.
