Practical AI, not the buzzword kind.

Automating the busywork: intake, replies, lead routing, and the handoffs between tools you already use.
Built by a shop that ships real AI products.

Most AI pitches are vague. Mine is not, because I ship AI for a living. I start with one question: which repetitive task is eating your week? Then I automate that one thing well, prove it saves hours, and move to the next.

Not a chatbot that annoys your customers. Quiet systems that handle intake, route leads, draft replies, and keep your tools in sync while you do the work only you can do.

What's included

Smart intake

Turn messy inbound messages, forms, and emails into clean, structured records, sorted and ready to act on.

Lead routing

New inquiries triaged and sent to the right place automatically, so nothing sits unanswered overnight.

Drafted replies

First-draft responses to common questions, in your voice, ready for you to glance at and send.

Tool integration

Your forms, inbox, calendar, CRM, and payment tools wired together so data moves once and stays in sync.

Document and photo AI

Vision and language models that read documents, tag photos, or analyze an image, the way StainSlayer reads a stain.

Built to own

Practical, auditable automation you control, not a black box you rent and cannot inspect.

A shop that builds AI, not just buys it

StainSlayer AI identifies a stain from a photo and is live on both app stores. Baseline runs Claude, GPT, and Grok in parallel and treats their disagreement as the signal. Demiurge is a memory engine I built that holds more than 2,500 memories and powers the MyKonos companion.

That is the difference between a shop that uses AI and one that builds it. When I automate your intake or wire your tools together, it is the same engineering, pointed at your business.

Questions

Is this just a chatbot?

No. Chatbots are the smallest, often worst, use of AI. The valuable work is quiet: sorting intake, routing leads, drafting replies, and keeping your tools in sync. The customer usually never sees it; they just get a faster response.

Will AI replace the personal touch my customers expect?

It should protect it. Automating the busywork gives you back the hours to actually talk to people. AI handles the sorting and drafting; you keep the relationship.

Do you actually build AI, or just resell a tool?

I build it. Three of my live products are AI: StainSlayer, Baseline, and MyKonos, running on a memory engine I wrote called Demiurge. This is my core strength, not a reseller add-on.

Where do we start?

With the one task eating the most time. I automate that, prove it saves hours, then expand only where the return is real. No giant rip-and-replace.
